In an effort to scratch many itches, I took the default skeleton from Express and massaged it into a familiar for all MVC type application. Small, super fast and simple to wrap around your head.

Actually, once setup (it can be as simple as extracting the source), you just work in your content within the application folder. If you use GitHub, go to the express-app project page and click on the Use this template button.

This code has been tested in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and Heroku environments.
