Projects
This is a partial list of my personal projects. There are several out there orphaned by time. I’ve also participated in many other projects with contributions and such (E, Gnome, FVWM, etc.).
- Emix
- Audio mixer Epplet. Looks and behaves nicely, integrates very well with all desktops, built using the Epplet library from Enlightenment. It’s now a standard part of the Epplet distribution.
- Waepplets
- Weather Applets/Epplets/Apps/DockApps. A collection of weather forecast monitors using a variety of GUI libraries. Weather is retrieved from Weather.Com.
- Squash
- A news system based on the web using PHP/SQL, works in a similar fashion to that of sites like Slashdot.
- CiberLinux Siberia
- A Linux distribution which has the objective of being optimized for speed using the i686 instruction set and expensive / insane compiler optimizations. Focuses on developer / advanced user Linux workstations.
- AgenIAN
- This is my thesis work project. It’s a software agent destined to help navigate a person through the web. It relies on the person’s feedback (currently supports bio-feedback using sensors for corporal temperature, pressure and heartrate).
- Notif2
- A GTK+ theme engine that looks like Motif 2.x, it’s not a pixmap theme, it’s a real engine coded in C. It should be way faster than them other themes.
- Mas
- Simple text viewer, supports input from a file or standard input. Supports copying to the clipboard and has a nice string/text search feature. Uses the Motif toolkit for GUI.
- Gmas
- Same thing as Mas, but uses GTK+ toolkit for widgets.
